The invention relates to an alcoholic beverage and to a process for obtaining the same. According to the invention, the beverage is a crystal clear liquid, having an alcoholic concentration of 40%, by volume, at 20°C, a total acidity of maximum 0.001 g of acetic acid/100 ml of absolute ethanol, maximum hardness of 7 degrees, up to 20 mg/l of free sulphurous anhydride, is furfural-free and methanol-free. As claimed by the invention, the process consists in mixing the alimentary ethanol with natural deep water, conditioning and stabilizing the raw hydro-alcoholic mixture obtained by neutralization with 6...8 mg/l of ammonia, sulphitation with 30 mg/l of sulphur dioxide, deodorization with 8...12 g/l of activated vegetal coal, with three homogenization stages of 30 min to 24 h, the clarification of the conditioned mixture, the final filtration and bottling for storage. |
