PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible that when an object comprising a substrate and a structure is formed, the substrate is removed from the formed structure in a shorter time.SOLUTION: An information processing method comprises the steps of: when a support required region is determined to be necessary for the layer of interest, creating substrate cross section data representing a cross section of a substrate to be disposed to the support required region; and creating slice data of the layer of interest with the substrate cross section data added to cross section data of the structure. Since the substrate is slit into plural partitions when the substrate is removed from the structure, substrate cross section data is created in the step for creating which comprises partition cross sections corresponding to the cross sections of the individual partitions and weak part cross sections corresponding to the cross sections of weak parts which join adjacent partitions among the plural partitions and which have a construction weaker than the partitions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
