PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal plate capable of providing long-term stain resistance and excellent in moldability.SOLUTION: The coated metal plate has, on at least one surface of a metal plate, at least two layers including an outermost layer. The outermost layer is formed of a coating material containing at least an alkoxysilane, a component derived from a polyester resin, and a crosslinking agent. The Martens hardness HM from the surface of the outermost layer to a depth of 3 μm is 50-500 N/mm. The average N concentration from the surface of the outermost layer to a depth of 3 μm is 20-30 mass% as measured by radio-frequency glow discharge optical emission spectrometry.SELECTED DRAWING: None
