PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card capable of reducing a time required for issuance, an IC module, an issuance device, an issuance method and an issuance program.SOLUTION: An IC card has a communication part and a write processing part. The communication part receives a write request for causing information to be stored in a prescribed area of a storage part. The write processing part executes first processing to cause the write information to be stored in the prescribed area when a received write request is in a first state including area identification information identifying the prescribed area and information to be written in the prescribed area identified by the area identification information, and executes second processing concerning information to be stored in the prescribed area corresponding to the area identification information and being different from the first processing when the write request received by the communication part includes the area identification information and the write request is in a second state which is different from the first state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
