Disclosed is a prefabricated concrete foundation that comprises a reinforced or pretensioned, prefabricated concrete part (1) formed by a prism (2) that is partially hollow (3) and from the lower part of which project arms (4) that end by joining orthogonally to beams (5) in the form of an inverted T. The method for producing the foundation comprises the steps of: prefabricating a reinforced or pretensioned concrete part (1); spreading a sand bed onto a surface; positioning the part (1) on the sand bed; covering the arms (4) and beams (5) with the granular material up to the height of the prism (2); positioning the anchors of the support structure; and filling the existing hollow with concrete.
