PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber strip cutter which makes cutter blade height adjustment work by an operator unnecessary.SOLUTION: Provided is a rubber strip cutter which cuts an unvulcanized belt-like rubber strip used in the strip wind method, comprising a pneumatic cylinder which includes a cylinder body which is filled with compressed air and a piston rising and falling in the cylinder body, a cutter blade which is attached to the piston and enters into and exits from the pneumatic cylinder, corresponding to rising and falling of the piston, air supply means which supplies compressed air into the cylinder body, and control means which controls the air pressure inside the cylinder body as a constant pressure. The control means comprises an exhaust port which exhausts the compressed air in the cylinder body and an exhaust valve which is provided at the exhaust port and opens the exhaust port when the air pressure inside the cylinder body exceeds a specified pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
