PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam molded product with an electrostatic flocking process applied on a surface having light weight, excellent in mechanical strength, capable of reducing generation of rubbing sound or creak sound and further excellent in feeling and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a foam molded product which has a fiber layer aggregating with penetrating into a recess on a surface of a foam molded body arranged on a surface of the foam molded body having air permeability by fusing many foam cells obtained by heating foaming foamable resin particles in a mold arranged on a contact surface each other and forming communicating air holes between foam holes and further an electrostatic flocking process applied on a surface to which pail is adhered by the electrostatic flocking process on the fiber layer and a manufacturing method of the foam molded product by using the foam molded body as a blind, making paper with a solution that a fiber is dispersed by using the blind to fuse the fiber layer on the surface of the foam molded body and then conducting the electrostatic flocking process on the fiber layer to adhere the pile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
