<p>The device is designed for simultaneous aeration and mixing of liquids in water treatment plants, in water purification plants and in industrial technological processes. It consists of an impeller wheel with vanes of spiral shape, attached to a lower part of a vertical hollow shaft, which is in its upper part equipped with holes for air inlet. In the trailing edge there is a hollow space covered with a perforated grid, and this space is interconnected with the inner space of the vertical hollow shaft. The propeller wheel with vanes is positioned in a tube diffuser. The rotation of the aeration propeller pump in the liquid causes in the area of the trailing edge an underpressure, which results in air suction and its diffusion in the form of bubbles.<IMAGE></p> |
