The apparatus consists of an operating assembly (10) including a freezing device with ice defrosting unit, a liquid condenser (12), an air condenser (13), a liquid evaporator (14), a primary fan (15) and a pair of twin units (16A, 16B) alternatively operating and connected to the primary fan (15) supplying them with the air to be dehumidified and expelling the latter to the atmosphere, said twin units being operatingly connected on one hand to said assembly and on the other hand to a system for the diffusion of the dehumidified air to the atmosphere. |
