PURPOSE:To readily and surely measure the amount of gaseous carbon dioxide dissolved in a beverage and smoothly control the feed rate of the gaseous carbon dioxide to a tank for dissolving the gaseous carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed amount of a beverage (A) containing gaseous carbon dioxide (B) dissolved therein is taken out and rapidly decompressed to separate the gaseous carbon dioxide (B) from the beverage (A). Thereby, the amount of dissolved gaseous carbon dioxide (B) is measured and the amount of the gaseous carbon dioxide (B) dissolved in the beverage (A) is then controlled based on the measured value.
