HUMAN M-CSF ANTIBODY AND DETERMINATION OF HUMAN M-CSF

PURPOSE:To provide the subject new antibody specifically reacting with human macrophage colony stimulation factor and capable of accurately determining the factor in a specimen in high sensitivity even at a low concentration. CONSTITUTION:The objective antibody specifically reacts with human macrophage colony stimulation factor (human M-CSF). The antibody can be produced by immunizing a mammal such as mouse with human M-CSF (derivative) as an immunogen, fusing the plasmacytic cell (preferably spleen cell) of the immunized animal to a plasmacytoma cell of a mammal to form a hybridoma, selecting a clone producing the desired antibody from the hybridoma and cultivating the clone.
