MEDICAL ULTRASONIC DISPERSION/COMPRESSION TRANSMITTING/ RECEIVING METHOD AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To realize a material dispersion/compression transmitting/receiving method and apparatus therefor which has endurance to non-linear propagation of a medium. CONSTITUTION:In this medical ultrasonic dispersion/compression transmitting/ receiving method, a first transmission signal generated by diffusive modulation and a second transmission signal generated opposite in the polarity to the first transmission signal are transmitted (1) and (2) to determine (4) mutual correction between the results in the receiving of the first transmission signal and a signal waveform of the first transmission signal and mutual correlation between the results in receiving the second transmission signal and the signal waveform of the second transmission signal. The respective results in the correlations are added up (5) with the time base matched thereby obtaining a compression/ demodulation output.
