The device grinds the outer surface of a cylinder(1). The device comprises a grinding disk(7) mounted on the top of a shaft(8), a grinding paper(9) attached to the grinding disk(7), a rectangular fixing frame(4) in which workpiece are arranged to be contact with the grinding paper(9), wires(5) to be inserted into the holes of the cylinders(1) arranged in the fixing frame(4), a fixing metal to stretch the wires(5), and a cover plate(10) to press the workpiece at once.
