<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scented pen, which enables aroma to be enjoyed for a long period of time without scratching or the like, prevents jamming from developing, and facilitates the easy and manual application of scent emitting ink can be. <P>SOLUTION: In this scented pen, which keeps dispersion dispersed with microcapsules encapsulating perfume housed in a liquid housing part 2 incorporated in a main body so as to make it possible to apply the dispersion by means of a tip part, the microcapsules are slow-shedding ones with a wetting agent included in the dispersion.
