Combination steam apparatus with cooking muffle fed with steam and/or hot air

The apparatus has a separate combustion chamber provided with a gas burner from which combustion gases are fed via heating tubes through a cooking muffle. The gas burner is a blower burner which pre-mixes over-stoichiometrically the gas-air mixture to be burnt. The blower burner has a delivery blower communicating with the free atmosphere and provided with a gas mixture valve. The gas outlet of the gas mixture valve issues into the air delivery flow of the delivery blower. From the delivery blower a feed conduit connects to a burner arranged in the combustion chamber. The heating tubes directed upwards from the combustion chamber engage axially displaceably in slide sockets located in an upper cover wall of the cooking muffle. The heating tubes issue into a common exhaust gas collection channel.
