A nonreciprocal circuit device having a circuit element (L1) on a dielectric substrate (18) providing at least part of a low-pass filter, the nonreciprocal circuit device having less interference and irregular operation caused by spurious radiation, and in addition, with reduced insertion loss. A lumped constant isolator (an example of a nonreciprocal circuit device) includes a magnet (6) provided for applying a DC magnetic field to a magnetic assembly (4), which in turn has multiple intersecting central electrodes (8, 9, 10) provided adjacent to a ferrite body (7). A dielectric substrate (18) is disposed in between the permanent magnet (6) and the magnetic assembly (4). An inductor forming part of a pi -type low-pass filter is provided as an example of a circuit element (L1) on the dielectric substrate (18), a dielectric layer (25) or film being disposed between the dielectric substrate (18) and the magnet (6). <IMAGE>
