The invention refers to the food industry, namely to a paste that can be used in the production of culinary products, such as cutlets, meat-balls, pelmeny. The paste, according to the invention, comprises a component on base of legumes, namely extruded flour with addition of liver or meat, or mushrooms, flavor additives and water. The result consists in obtaining a paste with high biological value and in reducing the production time thereof.
