PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of exhibiting a good tacky property, re-peelable property, soil resistance, metal corrosion resistance, etc., by containing a specific acrylic tacky agent, a urethane acrylate-based compound, a photopolymerization initiator and a cross-linking agent. SOLUTION: This re-peelable type tacky agent composition contains (A) an acrylic tacky agent containing acetoacetyl group, (B) a urethane acrylate- based compound, (C) a photopolymerization initiator and (D) a cross-linking agent. Further, it is preferable that the blending amount of the component (B) is 3-75 wt.% based on the total amount of the components (A) and (B), and the blending amount of the compound (D) is 0.01-10 pt.wt. based on the 100 pts.wt. total amount of the components (A) and (B). As the method for preparing the composition, it is preferable to blend the components (C) and (D) after mixing the components (A) and (B) in a solvent. The above composition is effectively used especially as a temporary adhesion of a dicing process of a semiconductor wafer, and an excellent dicing aptitude, expanding aptitude, pick up efficiency, etc., can be expected.
