PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fluorinated ester compound, capable of effectively producing the compound by accurately analyzing the fluorinated ester compound, and to provide the same method capable of effectively conducting chemical conversion of the compound. SOLUTION: This method for producing the fluorinated ester compound comprises conducting chemical reaction of a raw material compound, wherein the chemical reaction is conducted until the yield of the fluorinated ester compound measured by gas chromatography where a non-polar column is used reaches a predetermined yield. Further, the method comprises conducting chemical conversion of the fluorinated compound to give the product, wherein the chemical conversion is conducted until the conversion of the fluorinated ester compound measured by the same method reaches a predetermined conversion.
