PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper delivery device having a control means for smoothly stacking a bundle of sheets after the sheet after-processing in the paper delivery device, on a second sheet stacking part without interfered with a sheet stacking amount detecting means. SOLUTION: In this paper delivery device provided with a first sheet stacking part for temporarily stacking conveyed sheets, a means for dropping the bundle of sheets to the second sheet stacking part located at a lower part of the first sheet stacking part, a flapper 301 as a sheet conveying passage changing means, and a full stack detecting flag 60 as the stacking amount detecting means, the flapper 301 is located at a lower part with respect to the delivery roller 1 by operating a flapper solenoid SL, and the interlocked full stack detecting flag is retracted to an upper part with respect to the second sheet stacking part, until the bundle of sheets is stacked.
