<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste water purification method where a grease-trap waste solution is treated, oil and fat, protein and starch are decomposed, and it is directly exhausted to river or lake as pure waste water, or can be fed to a purification tank. <P>SOLUTION: At first, a waste solution is subjected to biodegradation treatment with grease-trap bacteria till an oil and fat purification ratio reaches ≥95%. The treated solution is subjected to parallel filtration with a specified high polymer membrane to make the waste solution transparent.
