<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the risk of damaging of electronic component mounting equipment in power failure. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage supplied to electronic component mounting equipment is monitored. In power failure, electronic component mounting equipment is driven by a back-up power supply, and mounting operation of a component which is subjected to mounting in power failure is finished. Thereafter, mounting operation is stopped at a position wherein driving shafts do not interfere with each other, and at a position wherein the next component can be mounted while controlling each driving shaft of electronic component mounting equipment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
