PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a safe and sure cut a rolled paper or a rolled film while being gentle to fingers by making it easier to mount a strip blade plate on a paper cutting lid plate in a rolled paper holder, and at the same time, forming the edge of the blade plate into a comb teeth shaped elastic edge. SOLUTION: The paper cutting lid plate 3 which is pivotally supported at the rear part of a container opening edge 1B is placed from above the rolled paper 2 housed in a container 1 of which the upper section is open. A rolled paper end flap 2A is elastically pressed by the front edge lower surface 3A of the paper cutting lid plate 3 and the container front edge 1A. The end flap can be cut by the edge of the front side of the paper cutting lid plate for this rolled paper holder. When the rolled paper holder is constituted, on the front edge 3B of the paper cutting lid plate 3, a front end open groove 3C of which the side ends are open, and a rear section expanded groove 3D which communicates with the open groove 3C are provided by engraving. In the expanded groove 3D, an expanded rear edge 4A of the strip blade plate 4 is inserted from the open side end. Locking for the strip blade plate 4 to the lid plate front edge 3B is applied under a state wherein the comb teeth shaped elastic edge 4B of the blade plate 4 uniformly projects from the lid plate front edge 3B and fixedly positioned.
