PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial fish reef having sufficient proliferation space for alga, not making the surrounding water alkaline, containing a nourishment for rearing algae, or the like and further, having water-clarifying action. SOLUTION: This artificial fish reef 100 is formed by mixing sand and a solidifying agent with a nitrate, charcoal, a metal, a bacterium, or the like, to form a globular body and connecting a plurality of the globular bodies in a planar state.
