PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluoroscope capable of intuitively and certainly grasping a present fluoroscopic position without relying on the perception and experience of an operator and capable of performing manipulator control including the setting of the fluoroscopic position or the alteration of magnification, in addition, rotation or tilting by a series of simple operations. SOLUTION: An optical camera 30 for photographing the subject W on a stage 3 is provided while an input means 26 for moving a marker M on the appearance image Wo of the subject W due to the optical camera 30 and setting the order content due to the movement of the marker to either one of the alteration of the fluoroscopic position or the alteration of a fluoroscopic range (magnification), in addition, an angle of rotation and a tilting angle is provided. By automatically performing the drive control of the stage 3 or the like so as to obtain the fluoroscopic position and fluoroscopic range (magnification) indicated by the movement of the marker due to the operation of the input means, the angle of rotation and the tilting angle, the present fluoroscopic position can be intuitively grasped and an X-ray fluoroscopic image of the intended position and magnification on the subject W can be obtained by simple operation.
