PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint assisting member positioning sheet for allowing easy mounting work for a joint assisting member to be accurately mounted in position and direction, and to provide a structure of mounting the joint assisting member on the sheet. SOLUTION: The sheet for positioning the joint assisting member on a bolt joint portion comprises at least two joint assisting member mounting holes provided corresponding to a position of mounting the joint assisting member on the sheet, or a stopper insertion hole via which it is fixed to a base material or a doubling plate. The structure of mounting the joint assisting member on the joint assisting member positioning sheet comprises a protruded/recessed portion provided on/in the inner wall face of the joint assisting member mounting hole and a recessed/protruded portion provided in/on the outer peripheral wall face of the joint assisting member so as to be fittable to the protruded/recessed portion.
