The flow rate control mechanism adjusts the flow rate of the fuel in the mode of operation with smaller flow rate, which flows from the source of fuel to the fuel pump (14), which is smaller than the larger value in the mode of operation with higher flow rate. The excess pressure control operates the flow rate control mechanism in the mode of operation with smaller flow rate. #CMT# : #/CMT# The fuel pump sucks the fuel through the inlet from the source of fuel, subjects the fuel with pressure and supplies the fuel to the collector. The fuel pump works with a flow rate control valve, in order to eject a flow rate of the fuel from the fuel pump to the collecting tank. The flow rate control mechanism is installed between the inlet of the fuel pump and the source of fuel, whereby the mechanism affects in a mode of operation with higher flow rate and with smaller flow rate.
