PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of increasing opening areas of an air suction opening and an air supply opening. SOLUTION: This air conditioner 1A is provided with a circulation fan case 50 and a ventilation fan case 60 disposed in a stacked state, a first suction air trunk 43a is defined by a space inside of one of corner portions of a main body case 41, and a second air trunk 43b is defined by a space inside of the other corner portion of the main body case 41. The first suction opening 2a is opened corresponding to the shape of the main body case 41 and the circulation fan case 50, and communicated with the first suction air trunk 43a. The second suction opening 2b is opened corresponding to the shape of the main body case 41 and the circulation fan case 50, and communicated with the second suction air trunk 43b.
