PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure gas charging device which is usable for both a bus and a truck each having a large-capacity fuel tank mounted thereon, and a passenger car having a small-capacity fuel tank mounted thereon in common, and reduces a charging time to the large-capacity fuel tank. SOLUTION: A flowmeter 4 and a cutoff valve 5 are interposed in a supply tube 2 connected to a high-pressure gas source 3; the supply tube 2 is branched into two; a flow regulating valve 8 is interposed in one-side branch tube 7; a bypass valve 10 is interposed in the other-side branch tube 9; and both the branch tubes 7 and 9 are connected to a charging tube 12.
