PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle equipped with a suspension device which prevents air pressure of a gas chamber from being set lower than a predetermined value. SOLUTION: The motorcycle (vehicle) 1 is provided with a rear suspension 16 arranged between a vehicle body 2-5 and a rear wheel 15, and absorbing shock when the vehicle body 2-5 and the rear wheel 15 relatively move. The rear suspension 16 includes: an upper gas chamber 71 filled with air; and an air pressure regulation part 46 structured to absorb air from the outside of the rear suspension 16 to the upper gas chamber 71 when the air pressure of the upper gas chamber 71 is smaller than a predetermined value.
