摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device capable of improving the performance of deciding a light leak for black level correction, thereby performing a stable imaging. SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging element 2 has a dummy OB (Optical Black) pixel part which outputs a signal equivalently to a normal OB pixel part without being affected by photographic light in addition to an effective pixel part and the normal OB pixel part where a photoelectric converting element is shielded from light. A microcomputer 12 decides a light leak when the difference between an average value of the signal level of the normal OB pixel part and an average value of the signal level of the dummy OB pixel part is larger than a predetermined threshold. Then when the light leak is decided, the microcomputer 12 switches a signal on which a black level is based from the signal of the normal OB pixel part to the signal of the dummy OB pixel part, and sends a correction signal for black level to an adder 6 and a subtracter 13 based upon the signal of the dummy OB pixel part to correct the black level.
