PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet having a flat surface, low in coefficient of linear expansion, and easy to make a secondary processing. SOLUTION: The sheet is an extruded sheet with low coefficient of linear expansion composed of a single layer or multiple layers. In the sheet, the main layer comprises a thermoplastic resin(A) and a filler(B), wherein the filler B comprises glass fiber and at least one kind of filler except glass fiber, the content of the filler B in the main layer is 25-70 mass% and the content of the glass fiber in the main layer is 15 mass% or greater. The sheet has a thickness of 0.3 mm or greater but less than 2.0 mm, having the following physical properties: The coefficient of linear expansion both in the longitudinal and transverse directions is 1×10<SP>-5</SP>to 6×10<SP>-5</SP>/°C and the Charpy impact strength is 4-50 KJ/m<SP>2</SP>.
