摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of drive shaft composed by composite material with performance excellent in vibration property compared with a steel drive shaft, and remarkable in an improvement of output. SOLUTION: The method includes the stages of: manufacturing an inner shaft using unidirectionally fiber-reinforced composite; forming a shaft middle portion by laminating the unidirectionally fiber-reinforced composite outside the inner shaft; forming shaft outside by laminating the unidirectionally fiber-reinforced composite outside the shaft middle portion; and mutually joining each composite of each layer. The inner shaft is hardened after winding the unidirectionally fiber-reinforced composite around a plate by utilizing a filament winding method, and next, it is processed into a circular shaft profile through lathe working after manufacturing a composite block body by cutting according to size.
