PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition which is highly flame-retardant, rigid, and is excellent in moldability. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition comprises 40-98 wt.% of a resin component, 0.01-5 wt.% of a polytetrafluoroethylene-based mixture (C component), 0.01-20 wt.% of a flame-retardant (D component), 1-50 wt.% of a fiber inorganic reinforcement (E component), and 0.01-3 pts.wt. of a phosphorus base stabilizer (F component) relative to total 100 pts.wt. of the A component-the E component, wherein the resin component comprises an aromatic polycarbonate base resin (A component) and a liquid crystalline polyester resin (B component); the poly tetrafluoroethylene-based mixture comprises a polytetrafluoroethylene particle and an organic polymer; the A component and the B component have a weight ratio (A)/(B) of 98/2-40/60; the polytetrafluoroethylene base mixture (B component) contains a sodium metal ion (excluding a sodium metal ion contained by the polytetrafluoroethylene) at 10 ppm or less, and preferably contains a potassium metal ion (excluding a potassium metal ion contained by the polytetrafluoroethylene) at 15 ppm or less.
