A structure for preventing falling of fence is provided to take advantages of security of fixed fence and the mobility of movable fence so as to improve convenience of work and safety of workers. A structure for preventing falling of fence comprises a body(10) formed of a concrete or plastic material of an elliptical shape with narrow top and wide bottom, insertion holes(13,14) formed on the upper and lower sides of the body, and a pile(11) which is formed with wedge-shaped bottom and driven to the specific depth from the ground surface(30) through the insertion holes of the body to fix the body. The fence is erected by inserting a vertical strut(20) of the fence to the ground surface through the insertion holes of the body and the pile remaining above the ground surface and then tightening the pile with a clamping bolt(22) formed on the vertical strut.
