A manufacturing method of an end cap is provided to reduce time for a hydraulic test and attach a water pressure gauge easily when the hydraulic test of each layer is performed. An end cap(100) includes the followings: a main cap(10) having a circular ring unit(11) and a hexagonal body part(12); a cap part(20) having a cap(21), a packing(23), and a plunger insertion groove(22); a nut(30) having a center circular hole(31); a groove formed on a circle body(41); a protruded unit(42); a rearward protrusion(47); a ring insertion unit(44); a plurality of ball plungers(48); a protruded pin(65) and a joining pin(60) combined on a pin groove(45,46) of a circular body; an upper tool(40); a cover body(50) having a pin hole(51) and a ball groove(52); and a ring(70,70',70") located between the ring insertion unit with the circular ring unit.
