PURPOSE: An unlimited power generator by an energy amplifier and an operating method thereof are provided to amplify energy by a motor powered by a battery, generate electricity using the amplified energy, and charge the battery or rotate the motor with the residual energy. CONSTITUTION: A method of operating of an unlimited power generator comprises the steps of: rotating a motor(200) with electricity provided from a battery(100) to drive an energy amplifier(300), rotating a generation motor(400) with the amplified energy to generate electricity, and charging the battery or rotating the motor with the electricity.
