PURPOSE: A lighting device and a lighting method are provided to implement an outdoor environment in the inside by recognizing the atmosphere in the inside according to the outdoor environment element. CONSTITUTION: An LED(110) is set with a color and brightness corresponding to four seasons by controlling the color and flash of first to fourth LEDs. A database(140) stores data for controlling the color and brightness of the LED. A microcomputer(160) converts the data from database to a lighting control signal and transmits the lighting control signal to the LED. A sensor(150) recognizes the change according to the surrounding environment in which the lighting device is located. A sound generation unit(170) generates the sound related to four seasons. The microcomputer changes the four season modes according to the temperature change and transmits the control signal for turning on the LED.
