PURPOSE: A lighting device using an LED is provided to improve illuminance and diffusivity of the light by arranging a plurality of LED modules which inclines to the adjacent LED module. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of LED modules(10) have a plurality of LED elements(12) arranged along a longitudinal direction. The plurality of LED modules are arranged in a frame(20) in parallel and incline to the adjacent LED module. The plurality of LED modules are arranged in the width direction vertical to the longitudinal direction. The LED elements are arranged to make one row or more. A coupling unit in which the LED module is fitted or slidingly coupled is formed in the frame the LED module. The coupling unit of the frame includes a first coupling unit(22) and a second coupling(24).
