PURPOSE: Water-proof and moisture-permeable fabric is provided to good adhesiveness of the fabric and nano-fiber web, and to offer antibacterial, permeability, and internal pressure efficiently. CONSTITUTION: Water-proof and moisture-permeable fabric includes fabric(B) and nano-fiber web(C). The nano-fiber web consists of the nano-fiber of which average diameter is 1,000nm or less. The nano-fiber web is laminated on the fiber by an adhesive. The nano-fiber contains an antimicrobial agent of 1.0~8.0 weight%. The antimicrobial agent is one or more selected from a metal-based antimicrobial agent, a quaternary ammonium-based antimicrobial agent, a phenol-based antimicrobial agent, a fatty acid ester-based antimicrobial agent, a cupric compound-based antimicrobial agent, a phenyl amid-based antimicrobial agent, and a natural material-based antimicrobial agent.
