<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control electric power for monitors individually regarding to a medical information display apparatus and a medical image display apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A medical image diagnostic apparatus stores status information showing a status of starting or halting execution of processing with which the monitor interlocks and control information for controlling to start or halt input of signals for each of the monitors switched between a display mode and a power-saving mode in accordance with presence or absence of an input signal by relating the status information to the control information. Further, the medical image diagnostic apparatus searches a storage part by using the status information showing a detected status when a prescribed status is detected and controls to start or halt the input of the signal in accordance with the control information with respect to the monitor storing by relating the control information to the status information.
