PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing with a seal capable of preventing the intrusion of a foreign matter into the bearing and reducing the seal torque sufficiently, and to apply the bearing to a transmission and the like. SOLUTION: The bearing with a seal includes an outer ring 2, an inner ring 1, rollers 3, and a seal member 5. This seal member 5 is fixed to the outer ring 2 at its base end and the other end, which contacts the inner ring 1 slidably, forms a seal lip part 5a.
