A hydroelectric power generation plant is provided to install a plurality of plates having an inclined surface and through holes at the central portion of the plates to allow water to flow to the central portion, so that the loss of stream power is prevented. A hydroelectric power generation plant includes a caterpillar(1), a truck(2), a coupling member(3), and a plate(4). The caterpillar is fixed to a structure member mounted on water. The truck is installed in the caterpillar. The coupling member couples the truck to an adjacent truck. The plate is installed in each truck. An electric generator operates by a driving force of the truck. The plate has an inclination surface(41) toward the central portion of the hydroelectric power generation plant. |
