Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for generating an image. The method comprises: a step of receiving image data; and a step of performing a 3D rendering process based on a depth map related to the image data and a display. According to the present invention, the method may alleviate an image distortion, caused by a geometrical structure of a curved display.
