The present invention relates to equipment for detecting disconnection of wire in a vehicle. The equipment includes: a plurality of devices; a disconnection detection unit which composes an open connector circuit connected to the plurality of devices and outputs a high signal or a low signal depending on the disconnection status of the devices; and a control unit which compares the signal outputted by the disconnection detection unit with a reference signal and determines the disconnection status of the devices. By connecting the disconnection detection unit including the open collector circuit for the plurality of the devices such as a vehicle controller and an actuator, the present invention can detect disconnection of wire quickly and accurately. Furthermore, in a motor control system, by comparing the gray code signal and the open collector signal, the present invention can detect disconnection more accurately and identify the error location of a motor. |
