A wireless power transmission control method is disclosed. According to the present invention, the method includes the steps of modulating and transmitting the ID of a wireless power transmitter to a wireless power receiver through a power transmitting unit. The method includes the step of transmitting a connection request signal to the wireless power receiver when the ID included in advertisement data, received from the wireless power receiver, is identical to the ID of the wireless power transmitter. Therefore, the method enables accurate power transmission.
