The arm (15) has a gutter (16) including a wall forming an open enclosure within which a multiperforated ventilating case (21), satisfying a dual function, is extended, where the dual function is cooling and thermal protection functions of the enclosure against flames. The case includes a wall which is extended in the opening of the enclosure formed by the gutter for satisfying the thermal protection function of the enclosure. A fuel injecting tube (14') injected the fuel is extended in the enclosure.
