<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a nano-composite magnet including an Fe particle having an appropriate particle diameter. <P>SOLUTION: A dispersion liquid of an Nd<SB>2</SB>Fe<SB>14</SB>B compound particle in a solvent including an interfacial active agent and a dispersion liquid of an Fe particle in a solvent including an interfacial active agent are mixed, and next, an amphipathic solvent is added and beaten to support the Fe particle on the surface of the Nd<SB>2</SB>Fe<SB>14</SB>B compound particle, then after dried and sintered, the nano-composite magnet including the Fe particle in the grain boundary of the Nd<SB>2</SB>Fe<SB>14</SB>B compound particle is manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
