PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipoint link type axle box suspension for a railway vehicle, capable of improving traveling performance and maintainability and reducing weight and cost.SOLUTION: The axle box suspension 1 for a railway vehicle includes: an axle box 10 for rotatably holding a wheel shaft; a link 20 for coupling the axle box 10 to a truck frame 12; and an axle spring 14 provided between the axle box 10 and the truck frame 12 to support the truck frame 12. The link 20 is fastened to three or more places of the axle box 10 and the truck frame 12 so as to restrict the rotational-direction movement of the axle box 10 around the wheel shaft, and the link 20, the axle box 10, and the truck frame 12 are fastened via rubber bushes 21a, 21b, and 21c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
