The present invention provides a cover window for a display device. The cover window includes a base film, and a coating layer formed on the base film. The coating layer includes a first region and a second region with different hardness. The second region is made of a soft member. The base film including the coating layer can be slid to the direction of the first region and the second region in the second region. According to the present invention, a sliding part is separated from a fixing part. A coating layer comprising parts with different hardness is formed on the base film. Thereby, the cover window which can be slid and has surface hardness of a high level, can be implemented.
